摘  要:目的探讨神经肌电促通仪结合动静态平衡训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者躯干控制、平衡能力及肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2022年1月邢台市第五医院康复科收治的脑卒中后偏瘫患者108例作为研究对象,根据干预方式不同分为神经肌电促通组、动静态平衡训练组和联合组,每组各36例。神经肌电促通组给予神经肌电促通治疗,动静态平衡训练组给予动静态平衡训练,联合组给予神经肌电促通联合动静态平衡训练,各组均持续8周。比较两组患者干预前和干预8周后的躯干控制能力[动态坐位平衡、静态坐位平衡、协调评分及躯干损伤评定量表(TIS)总分]、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、肢体运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表下肢部分(FMA-LL)]以及日常生活能力[日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)评分]。结果干预8周后,3组动态坐位平衡、静态坐位平衡、协调评分以及TIS总分均较干预前显著增加,且联合组以上评分均显著高于神经肌电促通组、动静态平衡训练组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预8周后,3组的BBS评分、FMA-LL评分、ADL评分均较干预前显著增加,且联合组的BBS评分、FMA-LL评分、ADL评分均显著高于神经肌电促通组、动静态平衡训练组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);动静态平衡训练组的BBS评分高于神经肌电促通组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);但神经肌电促通组与动静态平衡训练组的FMA-LL评分、ADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经肌电促通仪结合动静态平衡训练有助于改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者躯干控制、平衡能力,促进肢体运动功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of electromyographic facilitation instrument combined with dynamic and static balance training on trunk control,balance ability and limb motor function recovery of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,108 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation,Xingtai Fifth Hospital were retrospectively selected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into electromyographic facilitation group,dynamic and static balance training group and combined group,with 36 cases in each group.The electromyographic facilitation group received electromyographic facilitation instrument therapy,the dynamic and static balance training group received dynamic and static balance training,and the combined group received electromyographic facilitation instrument combined with dynamic and static balance training.Each group lasted for 8 weeks.The trunk control ability[dynamic sitting balance,static sitting balance,coordination score,and total score of trunk impairment scale(TIS)],balance ability[Berg balance scale(BBS)],limb motor function[Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment lower limbs(FMA-LL score)]and daily living ability[activity of daily living scale(ADL)score]were compared before and after 8 weeks of intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the dynamic sitting balance,static sitting balance,coordination score,and TIS total score of the three groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores above in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the electromyographic facilitation group and the dynamic and static balance training group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the BBS score,FMA-LL score,and ADL score of the three groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the BBS score,FMA-LL score,and ADL score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the electromyographic fac
