摘  要:对食盐样品中的铅和镉含量的检测方法进行研究,样品经硝酸消解后,被测元素离子和镁离子经四甲基氢氧化铵共沉淀,加硝酸溶解沉淀,制备成被测溶液,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,测试其中铅和镉的含量。通过对文章所述方法的对比试验,经四甲基氢氧化铵溶液调节pH酸碱度后,氯化镁溶液的用量控制在1~1.5 mL及氯化镁溶液的用量与四甲基氢氧化铵用量的比值在1:1以下,其铅的加标回收率高达80%以上,镉的加标回收率高达90%以上,且样品中铅和镉的含量检测值比较稳定,准确性较高。The detection methods of lead and cadmium in table salt samples are studied.After the samples are dissolved by nitric acid,the measured element ions and magnesium ions are co-precipitated by tetramethylammonium hydroxide,dissolved and precipitated by nitric acid,and then the measured solution is prepared.The contents of lead and cadmium are tested by ICPMS.Through the comparative test of the method described in this paper,after the pH value is adjusted by tetramethylammonium hydroxide solution,the dosage of magnesium chloride solution is controlled to 1~1.5 mL and the ratio of the dosage of magnesium chloride solution to the dosage of tetramethylammonium hydroxide is less than 1:1.The spiked recovery rate of lead and cadmium is as high as 80%and 90%respectively.The detection values of lead and cadmium in samples are stable with high accuracy.
