摘　　要：目前我国的少年警务制度建设与实践运行总体处于滞后状态。在新时期警务改革及《预防未成年人犯罪法》修订的背景下,要构建具有中国特色的少年警务制度亟需转变警务理念,在成立专门少年警务机构并配备专业人员基础上,配套落实相应警务制度,充分发挥社会力量优势,为未成年人健康成长保驾护航。At present,the construction and practical operation of China's juvenile police system is generally lagging behind.Under the background of the police reform in the new era and the revision of“the law on the prevention of juvenile crime”,it is urgent to change the police concept to build a juvenile police system with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of establishing a specialized juvenile police agency and providing professional personnel,the corresponding police system should be implemented to give full play to the advantages of social forces,protect the healthy growth of minors.
