摘 要:为研究现代优化算法在车身部件中的分析与应用。建立某乘用车左前车门有限元模型,将车门部件厚度尺寸作为设计变量,在满足车门模态的同时,追寻新车门的轻量化设计。为此建立车门优化数学模型。采用哈默斯雷实验设计方法进行了样本数据评估。并利用改进Kriging的Hyper Kriging法构建车门优化近似模型。最后采用改进的遗传算法对优化的近似模型进行求解。对优化后的车门模态进行分析,验证了改进遗传算法在车门优化分析中的可行性,同时车门质量得到了减轻。For researching the analysis and application of modern optimization algorithm in body parts.A finite element model of the left front door of a passenger car was established,and the thickness of the door components was taken as the design variable,the design of lightweighting was realized while satisfying the door modal.A mathematical model of door optimization was established.The sample date was evaluated by using the Hammersley design of experimental method.The Hyper Kriging method of improved Kriging was used to build the approximate model of door optimization.Finally,an improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.The modal of the optimized door was analyzed to verify the feasibility of the improvement genetic algorithm in the door optimization,and the quality of the door was reduced.
