摘  要:针对大功率型燃料电池重卡混合动力系统尚无成熟能量管理策略的问题,提出在燃料电池重卡能量管理策略设计中燃料电池保护优先的控制方法。根据该方法,综合考虑重卡动态工况特性和动力系统工作特性,以实现燃料电池工作状态最优为前提,以提高重卡经济性和燃料电池耐久性为目标,建立了复合模糊控制能量管理策略;在此基础上,为降低燃料电池劣化工况出现的频率,使用加权均值滤波算法WAFA和燃料电池变载速率限制法,提出了WAFA复合模糊控制能量管理策略。仿真结果表明:在重卡的复杂工况下,WAFA复合模糊控制策略在整车经济性和燃料电池耐久性方面均优于功率跟随策略,其中:燃料电池平均工作效率提高6.46%,等效百公里氢耗降低4.64%,燃料电池劣化工况明显减少。本研究为大功率型燃料电池重卡的能量管理策略研发提供了参考。In order to solve the problem that there is no mature energy management strategy for the high-power fuel cell heavy truck hybrid power system,the control strategy of high power fuel cell protection priority in energy management strategy is proposed.According to the strategy,considering the dynamic working condition characteristics of the heavy truck and the working characteristics of the power system,on the premise of achieving the optimal working state of fuel cell and with the goal of improving the economy of the heavy truck and the durability of the fuel cell,to establish a hybrid fuzzy energy management strategy.And then,on this basis,the weighted average filtering algorithm and variable load rate limiting method for fuel cells were used to propose WAFA composite fuzzy control energy management strategy in order to reduce the frequency of fuel cell degradation working conditions.The simulation results show that,under the complex working conditions of heavy trucks,the WAFA hybrid fuzzy control energy management strategy is superior to the power-following strategy in terms of vehicle economy and fuel cell durability.The average working efficiency of fuel cell increase by 6.46%,the equivalent hydrogen consumption per 100km reduce by 4.64%,and the working conditions that cause the life decay of fuel cell are significantly reduced.This research provides a reference for the research of energy management strategies for high-power fuel cell heavy truck.
