摘　　要：在利益相关者视角下,学生作为重要的利益相关者,是高校内部治理高质量发展的核心。比较国内外高校学生参与学校内部治理的不同机制,归纳总结出“董事”模式、“古典”模式、中国模式三种典型的内部治理机制运转模式,从建章立制、夯实基础、强化监督三个方面为完善国内高校内部治理提供经验与参考。From the perspective of stakeholders,students,as important stakeholders,are the core of high-quality development of university internal governance.Based on the different mechanisms of college students participation in internal governance at home and abroad,this paper summarizes three typical operating modes of internal governance mechanisms,namely“director mode”,“classical mode”and“China mode”,and provides experience and reference for improving internal governance in domestic colleges and universities from three aspects:establishing rules and regulations,consolidating foundation and strengthening supervision.
