摘　　要：在数智企业经营沙盘对抗中,企业只有柔性经营,才能有效应对多变的市场、不确定的竞争对手和碳排放限制。营销、财务、生产、人力四个部门必须以市场为导向,在熟悉规则、立足全局、良好合作等基础上,柔性经营,降低管理风险。In the competition of the management sand table of digital intelligence enterprises,each enterprise must engage in flexible management in order to cope with the ever-changing market,uncertain competitors,and carbon emission restrictions.Therefore,the four departments of marketing,finance,production,and human resources must be market-oriented,based on familiarity with rules,a whole perspective,and good cooperation,explore and formulate flexible business strategies,reduce management risks.
