摘 要:发射组件的输出功率主要由激励和工作电压决定。文章在不改变输入激励的条件下,通过调节GaN发射组件的功放模块漏极电压,实现了组件输出功率的可调,并具有连续性、安全性、调节范围高等优点。实验时采取两个S波段样本组件进行研究,实际输出功率调节范围最高可达到14 dB,带内起伏小于3 dB,输出波形稳定,且组件间功率、相位一致性较好,能满足后续在机柜上的使用要求。The output power of the transmitting component is mainly determined by the excitation and operating voltage.In this paper,under the condition of not changing the input stimulus,by adjusting the drain voltage of the power amplifier module of the GaN emission component,the output power of the components can be adjusted,and it has the advantages of continuity,safety,and high adjustment range.In the experiment,two S-band sample components were used for research.The actual output power adjustment range can reach up to 14 dB,the in-band fluctuation is less than 3 dB,and the output waveform is stable.Moreover,the power and phase consistency between components are good,which can meet the subsequent use requirements on the cabinet.
