小型构件焊接变位机的设计

摘　　要：焊接结构件在焊接时,常常使用工装夹具,将工件进行位置的调整,以便使焊枪快捷地找到合适的焊接位置,从而减少工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。针对小型构件,分析了结构特点,提出了一种使工件进行倾斜和回转的变位机结构,并对其传动系统进行了设计。The fixture is often used to adjust the position of the workpiece so that the welding torch can quickly find the suitable welding position,thus reducing the labor intensity and improving the production efficiency.A kind of positioner structure which makes the workpiece tilt and rotate is put forward,and its transmission system is designed.
