摘 要:针对数控车床车削过程复杂多变、参数选择保守等特点以及传统控制方法自适应性差、超调现象严重等问题,将模糊控制与传统PID控制结合,以主轴功率恒定为约束条件,使用模糊PID控制算法,实现对数控车床车削加工过程的恒功率控制。对车削系统进行功率建模,采用Simulink仿真分析和车削实验进行验证,结果表明:文中方法优化了车削加工效率、降低了能耗。CNC lathe turning features complexity,variability,and conservative parameter selection,with poor adaptability and a serious overshoot of traditional control methods.Thus,the fuzzy control was combined with the traditional PID control,and the constant spindle power was taken as the constraint condition.Meanwhile,the fuzzy PID control algorithm was adopted to realize constant power control of CNC lathe turning.Power modeling of the turning system was conducted,and Simulink simulation anal⁃ysis and turning experiments were utilized for verification.The results show that the proposed method optimizes the turning processing efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
