摘 要:针对大学生劳动素养培养,许多高校都开展了包含劳动知识、技能、价值观、态度、精神等内容的劳动教育,旨在引导学生通过实践逐渐培养良好的劳动行为习惯,积极承担和发扬劳动文化的历史使命。劳动素养评价主要是通过一系列手段和措施,对大学生在校期间参与劳动教育中的具体表现情况进行判断。通过最终的评价成果能够评估大学生劳动素养的培养程度,借助有机的反馈能够有效调整劳动教育开展的模式和方法,进而有利于激发全社会深刻认识提高大学生劳动素养的重要性,加强大学生参与劳动实践活动的意识。For the cultivation of college students’labor literacy,many schools have carried out labor education including labor knowledge,skills,values,attitudes,spirit and other contents,guiding students to gradually develop good labor behavior habits through practice adaptation,and actively undertake and carry forward the historical mission of labor culture.Labor literacy evaluation is mainly through a series of means and measures to judge the specific performance of college students during the implementation of labor education.The final evaluation results can show the training degree of college students’labor literacy.With the help of organic feedback,the mode and method of labor education can be effectively adjusted,which is helpful to stimulate the whole society to deeply realize the importance to improve the labor literacy of college students.
