摘  要:提高医学生的医师职业素养是用人单位和患者对医学教育的重要期盼,但如何实现这一目的则一直缺乏可供各高校参考的教学举措。近年来,随着课程思政受到高度重视,各级各类教育工作者围绕如何开展课程思政进行了广泛研究,使得通过课程思政实现医师职业素养培养成为业内可广泛借鉴的有效抓手。基于这一思考,回顾了课程思政的基本原则,并以“预防医学”临床本科课程为例,阐述了实现课程思政与医师职业素养培养目标有机融合的途径,以及可具体实施的一些教学设计。It is an important expectation of employers and patients for medical education to improve the professional quality of medical students.However,there has been a lack of teaching measures for each university to refer to.In recent years,curriculum ideology and politics has been highly valued,and educators at all levels have conducted extensive research on how to carry out curriculum ideology and politics.It makes the cultivation of doctors’professional quality through curriculum ideology and politics become an effective starting point that can be widely referred to.Based on this consideration,this paper reviews the basic principles of the curriculum ideology and politics,and takes Preventive Medicine,a clinical undergraduate course,as an example to explain how the author achieves the organic integration of curriculum ideology and politics with the training objectives of physicians’professional quality,and how to implement some specific teaching designs.
