摘　　要：目的探讨间断性θ爆发式磁刺激联合常规康复训练、沙盘游戏在自闭症谱系障碍儿童中的应用效果。方法将2020年1月至2022年6月我院收治的80例自闭症谱系障碍儿童随机分为常规组(40例,常规康复训练+沙盘游戏)和观察组(40例,间断性θ爆发式磁刺激+常规康复训练+沙盘游戏)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的个人-社交行为、语言、精细动作、大运动及适应性行为评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的儿童孤独症行为量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论间断性θ爆发式磁刺激联合常规康复训练、沙盘游戏可有效改善自闭症谱系障碍儿童的情绪和行为症状,促使其智力发育,治疗效果理想。Objective To explore the application effect of intermittentθexplosive magnetic stimulation combined with routine rehabilitation training and sandplay in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 80 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into routine group(40 cases,routine rehabilitation training+sandplay)and observation group(40 cases,intermittentθexplosive magnetic stimulation+routine rehabilitation training+sandplay).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of personal-social behavior,language,fine movement,big movement and adaptive behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)and Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittentθexplosive magnetic stimulation combined with routine rehabilitation training and sandplay can effectively improve the emotional and behavioral symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder,and promote their intellectual development,with ideal treatment effect.
