摘　　要：目的探究康莱特联合培美曲塞加奈达铂密集化疗治疗晚期肺癌的效果。方法选择2020年3月至2021年6月我院收治的80例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用培美曲塞加奈达铂密集化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加康莱特治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)水平及miR-155低于对照组,miR-34b高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康莱特联合培美曲塞加奈达铂密集化疗治疗晚期肺癌,可有效增强患者免疫功能并提高治疗效果,同时调节SCCA、miR-34b、miR-155表达,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Kanglaite combined with pemetrexed plus nedaplatin intensive chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pemetrexed plus nedaplatin intensive chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Kanglaite on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The response rate(RR)and disease control rate(DCR)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)level and miR-155 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the miR-34b was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanglaite combined with pemetrexed plus nedaplatin intensive chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer can effectively enhance the immune function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect,and regulate the expression of SCCA,miR-34b and miR-155,which is worthy of promotion.
