摘　　要：后颅窝是三个颅窝中位置最深的颅腔,因其空间相对于其他颅脑部分来说较为狭小,且有脑神经及动静脉密集、毗邻的复杂结构,同时涉及重要的大脑皮层意识调节通路,导致开颅术容易损伤脑干等生命中枢,造成手术难度大,术后常出现各种并发症,如不能早期发现和治疗,后果常较为严重。后颅窝开颅术后并发症包括术后感染、脑脊液切口漏、皮下积液、切口愈合不良等,不仅给患者、家庭造成严重的伤害,也给社会、国家带来沉重的负担。可见,探究后颅窝术后并发症的发生原因以及如何更有效地处理非常重要,且更有助于临床医学的进步。因此,本文就后颅窝手术后相关并发症发生的原因及处理办法作一综述。The posterior cranial fossa is the deepest of the three cranial cavities,characterized by its relatively small space in comparison to other parts of the brain,with a dense network of cranial nerves and blood vessels,and adjacency to complex structures,it also involves crucial pathways for conscious regulation of the cerebral cortex,making craniotomy prone to damage to vital centers like the brainstem during craniotomy.This results in a high level of surgical complexity,often leading to various postoperative complications,which can be quite serious if not detected and cured early.Common complications following posterior cranial fossa surgery include postoperative infections,cerebrospinal fluid leakage from the incision,subcutaneous fluid accumulation,poor wound healing,and neurological dysfunction.These complications not only cause significant harm to the patients and their familiesm,but also impose a substantial burden on society and the nation.Therefore,it is essential to conduct research into the causes of postoperative complications in the posterior cranial fossa and explore better treatment methods.This will contribute to the advancement of clinical medicine.This article provides an overview of the causes and treatment methods of postoperative complications related to the posterior cranial fossa.
