摘　　要：精神病临床高危是精神病完全发作前的一种异常状态,其神经影像学变化有可能是构成精神病性症状完全爆发的一系列级联事件的神经基础。其中突显网络异常与精神病临床高危的临床症状、功能恶化等密切相关。通过对近年来突显网络研究进行综述,明确突显的定义、突显网络的结构和功能,总结目前精神病临床高危个体突显网络异常的研究现状,为进一步寻找精神病临床高危的病理机制提供参考。The state of clinical high risk for psychosis(CHR)has been an abnormal condition before the onset of full psychosis and the disruption of large-scale brain network may represent neuro mechanism in the cascades of events leading to the eruption of psychotic symptoms completely.There is now a wealth of evidence that the abnormality in salience network(SN)had close relation with the clinical symptoms and deterioration of function in CHR.By reviewing recent studies on the SN,not only can we clearly define the concept of salience and the structure,function of the SN,but also summarize the abnormality of the SN in CHR,so as to provide reference for further seeking the pathological mechanism of CHR.
