摘 要:采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对荆门某垃圾填埋场渗滤液的微生物群落组成、相对丰度和代谢功能进行研究。结果显示,渗滤液细菌种类隶属于23个门、62个纲、130个目、195个科和315个属,优势类群为Proteobacteria门(50.25%)和Pseudomonas属(20.25%);真菌种类隶属于4个门、12个纲、21个目、31个科和38个属,优势类群为Basidiomycota门和Apiotrichum属,相对丰度为26.04%和21.62%。基于Tax4Fun软件预测垃圾渗滤液中微生物的代谢功能,结果表明KEGG途径代谢有最丰富的代谢群,基于FAPROTAX预测渗滤液细菌微生物的生态功能,表明细菌群落主要以碳(C)、氮(N)和硫(S)元素循环代谢型和动物病原型微生物为主,为深入了解垃圾渗滤液中微生物群落的组成和功能特征提供了重要信息。Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to investigate the microbial community composition,relative abundance and metabolic functions in landfill leachate from a landfill in Jingmen.The results showed that the species of leachate bacterial belonged to 23 phyla,62 classes,130 orders,195 families and 315 genus.The dominant groups were the phylum of Proteobacteria(50.25%)and the genus of Pseudomonas(20.25%).The fungal species belonged to 4 phyla,12 classes,21 orders,31 families and 38 genus.The dominant groups were the phylum of Basidiomycota and the genus of Apiotrichum,with relative abundance of 26.04%and 21.62%.The predicted metabolic functions of microorganisms in waste leachate based on Tax4Fun software showed that the KEGG pathway metabolism had the most abundant group,and the predicted ecological functions of bacterial microorganisms in leachate based on FAPROTAX showed that the bacterial community was mainly dominated by carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and sulfur(S)elemental cycle metabolism and zoonotic microorganisms,providing important information for understanding the composition and functional characteristics of the microbial communities in landfill leachate.
