摘 要:针对起重机变幅机构两侧液压缸运动不同步问题,设计一种液压同步控制系统。阐述起重机变幅机构的基本结构与液压系统,利用FLuidSIM软件对液压系统进行仿真分析。以液压缸、比例换向阀为硬件核心,完成起重机变幅机构液压系统的硬件设计,进行PID控制环节的优化设计。利用AMESim绘制具有PID控制环节的同步控制系统仿真模型,进行PID控制系统的仿真分析。结果证明:PID控制系统提高了起重机变幅机构的同步精度与运行稳定性。A synchronous control system is proposed to solve the problem of unsynchronized movement of hydraulic cylinders on both sides of crane luffing device.The basic structure and hydraulic system of crane luffing device are described,and the hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed by FLuidSIM software.The hardware design of crane luffing device is completed with hydraulic cylinder and proportional directional valve as the hardware core,and the optimization design of PID control link is carried out.The simulation model of synchronous control system with PID control link is drawn by AMESim,and the simulation experiment of PID control system is carried out.The results show that PID control system improves the synchronization precision and operation stability of crane luffing device.
