创业拼凑对高校学生再创业意愿的影响研究——基于合法性视角

摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,引入战略合法性,构建创业拼凑、战略合法性和再创业意愿之间的研究模型。并基于236份有效问卷数据,采用分层回归分析方法从多个维度探讨创业拼凑与再创业意愿之间的影响关系,以及战略合法性的调节作用。研究结果表明,创业拼凑对再创业意愿产生了积极显著的影响;战略合法性在创业拼凑与再创业意愿关系中发挥着部分中介作用。研究结论丰富了创业拼凑理论、创业合法性理论,也可为高校学生再创业进行创业拼凑选择和合法性获取提供借鉴。Based on theoretical analysis,this study introduces strategic legitimacy and constructs a research model between entrepreneurial bricolage,strategic legitimacy,and re-entrepreneurial intention.Based on 236 valid questionnaires,this study explored the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and re-entrepreneurial intention,as well as the moderating role of strategic legitimacy from a multi-dimensional perspective by using the hierarchical regression analysis method.The result shows that that entrepreneurial bricolage can significantly improve re-entrepreneurial intention.Strategic legitimacy plays a modrating role in the re-entrepreneurial intention.The findings of this study enrich the theory of entrepreneurial bricolage and the theory of entrepreneurial legitimacy,and provide references for college students to re-enter the business for entrepreneurial bricolage selection and legitimacy acquisition.
