摘 要:教学创新团队建设是职业院校高水平专业群“三教”改革的核心内容,也是一项系统工程。从高水平专业群教学创新团队具有的融合性、职业性、创新性等特征出发,剖析当前专业群“三教”改革中教学团队建设存在的制度不完善、群意识不强、校企合作不深入、培训不系统等问题,着重从学校制度的顶层设计、二级学院的组织环节与校企合作平台建设、专业群课程体系模块化改革、教师自身能力提升等四个层面,探究专业群教学创新团队建设的有效策略。Teaching innovation team construction is the core content of the reform of high-level professional groups in vocational colleges,and it is also a systematic project.Based on integration,professional,innovative characteristics of the professional group teaching innovation team this paper analyzes the problems of the current professional group of teaching team such as imperfect construction system,weak group consciousness and schoolenterprise cooperation,unsystematic training system,focuses on the top design of the school system,the secondary college organization and school-enterprise cooperation platform construction,professional group curriculum system modular reform,teachers’ability promotion,to explore the effective strategy of professional group teaching innovation team construction.
