超声乳化白内障吸除植入人工晶体联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声乳化白内障吸除植入人工晶体联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法104例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者随机分为两组,对照组采用超声乳化白内障吸除植入人工晶体治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用房角分离术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的眼压水平低于对照组,最佳矫正视力、中央前房深度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障吸除植入人工晶体联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障能有效控制患者眼压,改善视力及中央前房深度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods 104 patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group was treated with goniosynechialysis on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months afer surgery,the intraocular pressure level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the best corrected visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract can effectively control intraocular pressure,improve visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth,and reduce the incidence of complications.
