摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平联合重组人促红细胞生成素(r HU-EPO)治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用尼莫地平联合r HU-EPO治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、氧化应激水平以及血清指标。结果观察组的总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MDA、S100A8/A9、MBP水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合rHU-EPO治疗脑出血的效果较好,可减轻患者的神经功能损伤,抑制氧化应激反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nimodipine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin(rHU-EPO)in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with nimodipine combined with rHU-EPO on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,oxidative stress levels and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,higher than 67.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA,S100A8/A9 and MBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nimodipine combined with rHU-EPO is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can relieve the neurological function damage and inhibit the oxidative stress reaction of patients.
