高职财经商贸类专业就业实践实习基地建设特点、困境及路径分析

摘　　要：本文结合财经商贸类专业就业实践实习基地建设非营利性、专业技能特征明显、投入大、需求多等特点,分析了该基地建设主要存在的企业投入动力不足、专业特色缺乏、管理困难等问题。文章指出了培养学生专业技能和就业能力,提升学生就业有效性、有利于企业解决人才需求、长效机制建立等建设原则。鉴于此,文章提出了高职财经商贸类专业就业实践实习基地的建设路径:先进建设理念指导,严格甄选机制,规模化、特色化、品牌化建设,信息化全过程管理、借助政府支持。Based on the characteristics of non-profit,large investment and large demand in the construction of industrial and commercial professional employment practice base,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of the base,such as lack of enterprise investment motivation,low professional relevance and management difficulties.The paper points out the construction principles of cultivating students'professional skills and employability,improving the effectiveness of students'employment,helping enterprises to solve talent needs,and establishing a long-term mechanism.In view of this,the paper puts forward the construction path of the employment practice base for higher vocational and commercial majors:the guidance of advanced construction concepts,strict selection mechanism,large-scale,characteristic and brand construction,information-based whole-process management and government support.
