摘  要:充分挖掘优秀文学作品中的心育资源,是当前高职院校心理健康教育工作必要且实用的思路。《荷塘月色》中“动”与“静”的文学意境结构巧妙,极富情感张力,令读者回味无穷。此文有别于“托物言志”或者“借景抒情”的传统写作思路,而是通过将作者内心的“不平静”和眼前景色的“太平静”整合到从对立到和谐的文脉中,画面清晰且更具层次感,足见作者心性特征之和谐,也为当前高职院校开展心理健康教育工作带来新的启示:塑“美”、共“情”、明“义”。Fully tapping into the psychological education resources in excellent literary works is a necessary and practical approach for the current mental health education work in vocational colleges.The literary conception of"motion"and"stillness"in"Moonlight in the Lotus Pond"is cleverly structured and emotionally charged,leaving readers with endless aftertaste.This paper is different from the traditional writing approach of"expressing our aspirations through relying on objects"or"expressing our emotions through scenery".Instead,it integrates the author's inner"restlessness"and the"too calm"of the scenery in front of them into a context that moves from opposition to harmony,with clear and more layered visuals,it shows the harmony of the author's psychological characteristics,and also brings new inspiration to the current mental health education work in vocational colleges:shaping"beauty",sharing"emotions",and clarifying"righteousness".
