摘　　要：通过分析影响螺纹钢成材率的各种因素,通过技术改造和严格管理,采取方坯免加热直接轧制,降低切损率、中间废、成品废以及提高负偏差收得率等有效措施,达到了成材率提高、生产成本下降的预期目标。By analyzing the various factors affecting the rate of rebar and adopting effective measures such as direct rolling of billet without heating,reducing the rate of cut loss,intermediate waste,and finished product waste,and improving the rate of negative deviation,the expected goal of increasing the rate of finished product and decreasing the cost of production has been achieved through technological transformation and strict management.
