摘　　要：目的:探讨铝镁加混悬液联合幽门螺杆菌四联疗法对胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者的治疗效果及对胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、PGⅠ与PGⅡ的比值表达水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月单县中心医院消化内科收治的胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者129例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=65)。对照组接受幽门螺杆菌四联疗法治疗,观察组65例接受铝镁加混悬液联合幽门螺杆菌四联疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、胃功能指标、相关组织修复因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);治疗后,两组PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGR低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血管内皮生长因子、转化生长因子-β、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用铝镁加混悬液联合幽门螺杆菌四联疗法治疗胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染,能调节患者胃功能,加强相关组织修复因子表达量,进而提升疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of almagate suspension combined with Helicobacter pylori quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori infection and its influence on the expression levels of pepsinogenⅠ(PGI)and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)and the PGⅠ/PGⅡratio.Methods:A total of 129 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection admitted to Department of Gastroenterology of Shanxian County Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=64)and an observation group(n=65)using a random number table method.The control group received Helicobacter pylori quadruple therapy,and the observation group received almagate suspension combined with Helicobacter pylori quadruple therapy.The treatment effect,gastric function indexes and the level of related tissue repair factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After treatment,the PGⅠ,PGⅡ,and PGR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,transforming growth factor-βand superoxide dismutase in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of almagate suspension and Helicobacter pylori quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection can regulate gastric function,enhance the expression of related tissue repair factors,and thereby improve the therapeutic effect.
