冰冻切片与常规石蜡切片检查在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析冰冻切片与常规石蜡切片检查在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中应用价值。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年12月六盘水市钟山区人民医院收治的甲状腺乳头状癌患者60例作为研究对象。对患者进行常规石蜡切片、冰冻切片检查。比较两种检查方法诊断所用时间、诊断结果。结果:常规石蜡切片检查诊断所用时间为(2360.84±621.19)min,冰冻切片检查诊断所用时间为(27.86±3.48)min,常规石蜡切片检查诊断所用时间长于冰冻切片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);冰冻切片检查与常规石蜡切片检查的准确率、误诊率、延迟诊断率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中,冰冻切片检查的诊断时间更短,有利于及早诊断、早治疗。Objective:To analyze the application value of frozen section and conventional paraffin section examinations in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:A total of 60 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to Liupanshui Zhongshan District People's Hospital from September 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were examined by using conventional paraffin section and frozen section.The diagnosis time and diagnosis results of the two examination methods were compared.Results:The diagnosis time of conventional paraffin section examination was(2360.84±621.19)min,and the diagnosis time of frozen section examination was(27.86±3.48)min,the diagnosis time of conventional paraffin section examination was longer than that of frozen section examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy,misdiagnosis rate and delayed diagnosis rate between frozen section examination and conventional paraffin section examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,the diagnosis time of frozen section examination is shorter,which is conducive to early diagnosis and early treatment.
