绩效优化管理联合6S管理模式对门诊护理管理的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析绩效优化管理联合6S管理模式对门诊护理管理的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月于江阴市人民医院门诊就诊的患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各100例。对照组进行常规护理管理,干预组在对照组基础上给予绩效优化管理联合6S管理模式。比较两组护理质量及门诊风险事件发生率、患者投诉率、护理人员差错率、患者满意度。结果:干预组服务态度、护理安全、设备管理及环境管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组风险事件发生率、患者投诉率、护理人员差错率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:绩效优化管理联合6S管理模式能够显著提升门诊护理质量,降低风险事件发生率、患者投诉率、护理人员差错率,患者满意度较高。Objective:To analyze the influence of performance optimization management combined with 6S management mode on outpatient nursing management.Methods:A total of 200 outpatients in Jiangyin People's Hospital between July 2022 and July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the intervention group implemented performance optimization management combined with 6S management mode on the basis of the control group.The quality of nursing,the incidence of outpatient risk events,the rate of patient complaints,the error rate of nursing staff,and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of service attitude,nursing safety,equipment management and environmental management in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of risk events,the rate of patient complaints,and the error rate of nursing staff in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:Performance optimization management combined with 6S management mode can significantly improve the quality of outpatient nursing,reduce the incidence of risk events,the rate of patient complaints,and the error rate of nursing staff,and have high patient satisfaction.
