摘　　要：随着建筑产业化升级、智能化建造、智慧化运维,BIM技术在建设项目中的应用不断深入。本文以大型产业园项目为研究对象,通过应用BIM软件中共享坐标的方式实现了对群体项目模型定位、整合的难点。并在机电管线深化方面针对地下室标高变化复杂的特征,利用可视化编程软件Dynamo插件,一键操作实现了对不同梁高进行颜色填充;并对梁下净空进行智能分析,从而为机电管线综合排布提供基础,研究成果可为类似项目提供借鉴与参考。With the upgrading of building industry,intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance,it has been a trend to deepen the application of BIM technology in construction projects.Taking the large-scale industrial park project as the research object,this paper gets rid of the difficulty of positioning and integrating the group project model by using the method of shared coordinates in BIM software.In the aspect of deepening mechanical and electrical pipelines,the visual programming software Dynamo plug-in is used to realize the color filling of different beam heights with one-key operation according to the complex characteristics of basement elevation changes.What’s more,the clearance under the beam is intelligently analyzed,so as to provide a basis for the comprehensive layout of electromechanical pipelines.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
