高校仪器设备采购风险管理研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校仪器设备采购规模持续增长,对采购工作的规范性与廉洁性提出了更高的要求。分析了高校仪器设备采购在采购计划、采购执行、合同签订、到货验收四个阶段存在的风险,介绍了南京大学在防范各采购环节风险采取的有效举措,强化了风险管理,保障了仪器设备采购工作顺利进行。In recent years,the scale of procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities has continued to grow,which has put forward higher requirements for procurement standardization and integrity.This paper analyzes the risks existing in various stages of instruments and equipment procurement in colleges and universities,such as procurement planning,procurement execution,contract signing,and arrival acceptance,introduces the effective measures of Nanjing University in preventing risks in various procurement links,strengthens risk management,and ensures the smooth progress of instruments and equipment procurement.
