摘 要:实现碳达峰、碳中和是我国的重大战略决策,也是实现可持续发展、高质量发展的内在要求。聚焦“双碳”目标,需要加快我国制造业转型升级,这对高校人才培养提出了新要求。机械制造技术是机械类专业的核心专业课程,课程内容涉及成型工艺方法和机械加工方法,在课程教学中融入“双碳”理念,对于提升学生的专业素养、培养低碳思维具有重要作用。分析了“双碳”目标对制造业的影响,并从能源低碳化、制造流程优化和制造工艺改进等方面对如何将“双碳”目标融入课程教学进行了探索,为机械制造技术课程教学改革提供参考。Achieving the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is not only a major strategic decision for China but also the inherent requirement for sustainable and high quality developments.With the"double carbon"goals,it is necessary to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,which has put forward new requirements for the talent training in universities.Machine building technology is one of basic core courses for undergraduate students majoring in mechanical engineering,contents of which include casting,forging,welding,turning,milling,drilling and so on.The integration of"double carbon"goals in the course is important to enhance students'professionalism and develop low-carbon thinking.This paper analyzes the impact of the"double carbon"goals on the manufacturing industry,and explores the course contents in terms of energy decarbonization,manufacturing process optimization and manufacturing process improvement,which provides the reference for the teaching reform of machine building technology course.
