摘　　要：木框结构门是实木定制家具的主流结构形式,但是由于木材本身特性,在使用过程中容易出现变形问题,即宽度尺寸变形和翘曲变形问题,严重影响正常使用。为此,开展了拼角形式、是否油漆以及单个部件的变形程度对木框结构门变形的影响研究。研究结果表明,加工操作不合规范也是尺寸变形的重要原因,木框结构门的翘曲变形是不可避免的,减少翘曲变形应从门框结构着手,缩短生产周期,加快油漆处理能够减少产品的翘曲变形程度,与企业原有木框结构门相比,使用指接材制备的木框结构门可有效减小翘曲变形程度。Wooden frame structure door is the main structural form of customized solid wood furniture.However,due to the characteristics of wood,it is easy subjected to size deformation or warping deformation during use,which seriously affects the normal use.Therefore,a study on the influence factors of the deformation for wooden frame structure door was carried out in aspects of jointing angle,with or without the paint,and the deformation degree of single component.The results showed that non-standard processing operation is an important reason for the size deformation,and the warp‐ing deformation of the door with wooden frame structure is inevitable.The warping deformation should be reduced by shorting the production cycle as far as possible.Speeding up the paint treatment can reduce the warping deformation de‐gree of the product.Compared with the original wooden frame structure door of the enterprise,the wooden frame struc‐ture door made of finger jointing material can effectively reduce the warping deformation degree.
