摘　　要：根据我国目前的住宅建设逐渐从广泛分布转向集中约束,以数量为主逐渐转换为质量化的发展状态,小户型住宅变得更有竞争力,销售量也逐渐攀升,这与城市青年群体的个性需求密不可分。其家具市场的供应需求也随之增涨,如何在有限的住宅空间环境中让多功能变形家具发挥其最大作用,已成为亟需解决的关键问题。通过整合设计理论,基于用户行为和市场调研分析需求,围绕“隔断”这一主题进行创新设计实践,设计了以“物”为主的多功能变形隔断,设计兼具餐桌和隔断功能,为用户提供交互感。在一居室户型中,将空间分割得更加灵活有序,又满足了一居室中独立用餐的需求。为小户型住宅带来了良好的居住体验。According to the current housing construction mode in China is gradually shifting from widespread distribu‐tion to centralized restraint and from a focus on quantity to quality,the small dwelling-size apartments have become more competitive.The individual needs of urban youth groups have played a crucial role in the increasing sales of small dwelling-size apartments,and that comes with the rise of the demand for furniture.How to make the multi-functional de‐formation furniture play its maximum role in the limited residential space environment has become one of the key ques‐tions urgently to be solved.Through the integration of design theory,based on user behavior and market research,the ar‐ticle analyzes the demandinnovates design practice around the theme of“room divider”,and designs an object-oriented multi-functional room divider,which provides users a sense of interaction.In the one-bedroom apartment,the space is di‐vided more flexibly and orderly,and the demand for independent dining in the one-bedroom apartment is satisfied.It brings a good living experience to the small dwelling-size apartment.
