摘 要:为提高家具定制效率、精准获得客户需求,通过调研现有定制家具的前端设计与定制流程,发现现有网页少有能直观展示定制方案的案例,线下定制流程也存在沟通效率较低的问题。针对此类问题运用UML顺序图分析法提出了一种数据管理系统优化方案:通过网页渲染技术增强网页前端的互动性,通过手机测距技术、云端计算和优化模型库来快速测绘、设计和定稿,并以此为客户和上门服务人员设计了配套的APP前端。此系统能更加直观地为客户和工作人员展现出定制效果,并提供全流程信息。不仅能够大大缩短家具定制的上门流程,增强客户的参与感,同时保证数据实时更新和可视化,提供更加优质的定制化服务。In order to improve the efficiency of furniture customization and accurately access to the customer require‐ments,the investigation of the front-end design and customization process of existing customized furniture was conduct‐ed in this paper.In combination of state-of-art network technology and the customized furniture process,a data manage‐ment system optimization scheme was proposed by using UML analysis method.The interactive front-end of the web page was enhanced through web rendering technology.The rapid mapping,design and finalization were realized through mobile phone ranging technology,cloud computing and model library optimization.The front-end of supporting APP was designed for customers and door-to-door service personnel.The improved system can not only greatly shorten the door-to-door process of furniture customization and enhance the sense of participation of customers,but also ensure the real-time update and visualization of data,which will provide customer with more high-quality customized services.
