摘 要:随着现代建筑中高大模板支撑结构的广泛应用,引入实时安全监测技术成为提高施工安全性和减少事故风险的必然选择。通过数值模拟研究高大支模的受力变形和破坏机理,明确评估高大支模工作状态的监测参数。借助自动化和信息化手段,建立高支模实时监测警报系统,集成了高支模数值模拟、现场实时监测等成套技术。该系统能够自动化监测、实时分析传送和自动报警,主动发现和解决潜在安全隐患,提高监测的准确性和及时性。此外,通过巡视检查作为补充方法,进一步提高监测预警的有效性。通过实际工程证明,该系统能够保障工程安全进行,促进工程施工安全管理的进一步改进和发展。With the widespread application of large-scale formwork support structures in modern construction,the introduction of real-time safety monitoring technology has become an inevitable choice to enhance construction safety and reduce accident risks.By conducting numeri‐cal simulations to study the stress,deformation,and failure mechanisms of large-scale formwork,the monitoring parameters for assessing the working condition of these structures can be identified.Leveraging automation and informatization,the High Formwork Real-time Monitoring Alarm System is established,integrating a complete set of technologies including finite element model and on-site real-time monitoring.This system enables automated monitoring,real-time analysis and transmission,and automatic alarm for the support systems,allowing for proac‐tive identification and resolution of potential safety hazards,thereby improving the accuracy and timeliness of monitoring.Additionally,com‐plemented by periodic inspections,the effectiveness of monitoring and early warning can be further enhanced.The actual project proves that the system can ensure construction safety and promotes further improvements and development in construction safety management.
