摘　　要：【目的】重点探讨我国综合型科研人才成长面临的机制制约,为我国构建综合型科研人才成长机制、优化综合型科研人才成长环境、加快实现创新驱动发展提供对策建议。【方法】提出了综合型科研人才这一概念,并界定了综合型科研人才的内涵与素质特征,指出支持综合型科研人才成长对我国提高技术创新能力、推动科教融合产教融合、实现创新驱动发展具有重要意义,重点用案例分析法分析了我国综合型科技人才成长面临的机制制约。【结果】目前我国科技人才管理机制、科技人才双向流动机制、人才培育培训机制等的不完善不利于综合型科研人才的健康成长。【结论】构建综合型科研人才健康成长的长效机制,需要进一步构建评价与激励机制、健全科技人才双向流动机制、完善培育培训机制等。[Purposes]To explore the institutional constraints faced by the growth of comprehensive scientific research talents in our country,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for our country to construct the growth mechanism of comprehensive scientific research talents,optimize the growth environment of comprehensive scientific research talents and accelerate the realization of innovation-driven development.[Methods]This paper puts forward the concept of comprehensive scientific research talents,and defines the connotation and quality characteristics of comprehensive scientific research talents,and points out that it is of great significance for our country to encourage the comprehensive scientific research talents to improve the technological innovation ability,promote the integration of science and education,and realize the innovation-driven development.With the case analysis method,this paper probes into the system and mechanism constraints faced by the growth of the comprehensive scientific and technological talents in our country.[Findings]At present,the imperfections of the management mechanism,the bidirectional flow mechanism and the training mechanism of the scientific and technological talents in our country still restrict the healthy growth of comprehensive scientific research talents.[Conclusions]To construct a long-term mechanism for the healthy growth of comprehensive scientific research talents,it is necessary to further construct the evaluation and incentive mechanism,perfect the bidirectional flow mechanism and better the training mechanism.
