摘　　要：校友工作与“三创”工作都是高校育人工作的重要环节,二者实现融合发展有着深刻的理论基础和充分的现实依据,是新时代学校立德树人、守正创新的重要举措,为高校发展提供了新契机。校友工作不仅能够赋能“三创”工作高质量开展,而且是高校发展的新支撑点。然而,校友工作与“三创”工作在统筹规划、载体建设和反馈机制等方面存在许多问题,应从加强统筹规划、突出协同育人、搭建协同载体和健全工作保障等方面,进一步探索“三创”工作融入校友工作的提升路径。Alumni work and“Three Innovations”work are crucial components of university education.There is a solid theoretical foundation and substantial practical basis for their integration and development.They are important measures for universities in the new era to uphold virtues,foster talents,and innovate,providing new opportunities for the development of universities.Alumni work not only empowers the high-quality development of“Three Innovations”work,but also serves as a new support point for university development.However,there are many problems of integrating alumni work and“Three Innovations”work in terms of overall planning,infrastructure construction,and feedback mechanisms.It is necessary for us to further explore the promotion path of integrating“three innovations”work into alumni work from the aspects of strengthening overall planning,emphasizing collaborative education,establishing collaborative platforms,and improving work support mechanisms,etc..
