摘　　要：从研究对象和使用场合来看,中国医史和中国医学史作为学科名称指的是同一个学术领域。基于对象范围来判断,中医药史(中医史)和中医药学史(中医学史)是中国医史的隶属学科,是构成中国医史的主体部分。就研究内容而言,中国医史包容中医药史,同时又有中医药史所不涉及的内容,例如外国医药学传入中国史等。专注于研究中医药领域学科演化史的中医药学史由中医药史中分立出来后,中医药史的余下部分可以称之为狭义中医药史,其使命是专注于研究中医药领域的医事活动史。狭义中医药史和中医药学史今后应坚持“分中有合、合中有分”的基本策略,能分则分,需合则合,逐步形成守望互助、协同发展的研究格局。In terms of research objects and application occasions,Medical History of China and History of Chinese Medicine as discipline names refer to the same academic field.Judging from the scope of objects,the History of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the History of TCM Science are subordinate subjects of Medical History of China,constituting its main part.Regarding research contents,Medical History of China covers more than just History of TCM,including the history of the introduction of foreign medicines into China.After the establishment of the History of TCM Science(focusing on researches of subject evolution in TCM fields)and its separation from the History of TCM,the remaining part can be deemed as specific field of TCM History with missions of researches on the history of TCM medical activities.The subjects of Specific TCM History and the History of TCM Science should adhere to the basic strategy of“diverging with convergences and converging with divergences”in the future,adapting to appropriate preferences and resulting in a research pattern of mutual supporting and coordinated development gradually.
