中尾万三对敦煌《食疗本草》残卷的研究

摘　　要：《食疗本草》是唐代著名的饮食疗法专书,惜原书早已亡佚。目前可见的《食疗本草》完整本为后人根据现存于大英博物馆的敦煌残卷S.76与《证类本草》等传世文献佚文辑佚而成。中尾万三所作《〈食疗本草〉之考察》(日文版)是近代以来首部基于敦煌残卷S.76对《食疗本草》全面考证和辑校的研究专著,是早期敦煌医药文献研究的代表性研究成果,在敦煌文献保存与学术研究上具有开创性和关键性的重要价值。回顾和梳理中尾万三对敦煌《食疗本草》残卷的研究,对进一步全面研究辑复中国古代食疗学名著《食疗本草》具有重要的学术价值和意义。Shi Liao Ben Cao(《食疗本草》Materia Medica for Dietary Therapy)is a famous monograph on food therapy in the Tang Dynasty,the original book of which has unfortunately been lost.Its complete version available at present is compiled and collated by later generations based on the remnant volume of the book(S.76)discovered in Dunhuang which is now stored in the British Museum,referring to relevant texts from Zheng Lei Ben Cao(《证类本草》Syndrome-Classified Materia Medica for Emergency)along with other handed-down documents.Nakao Manzo’s Investigation on Materia Medica for Dietary Therapy(Japanese version)is the first research monograph since modern times for comprehensive textual discrimination,compilation and collation of the book based on Dunhuang remnant volume of S.76.It is a representative work of early researches on Dunhunag medical literature,with pioneering and critical values in the preservation and academic research of Dunhuang literature.Reviewing and sorting Nakao Manzo’s research experience will thus provide important academic values and significance for further full-scale research and restoration of the ancient masterpiece of Chinese dietetics-Materia Medica for Dietary Therapy.
