摘  要:为深入探究附加弯矩对螺栓法兰连接结构密封性能的影响,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对某法兰结构进行数值分析,研究了法兰转角、密封槽轴向位移和金属O形环接触应力随附加弯矩的变化情况。结果表明:附加弯矩会造成法兰受拉侧转角变大,受压侧转角变小,同时受拉侧密封槽轴向位移增大;密封槽轴向位移与上法兰转角在一定范围内存在线性变化关系;金属O形环内侧接触应力随弯矩增加逐渐减小,外侧接触应力受弯矩变化影响较小。For purpose of investigating the influence of additional bending moment on the sealing performance of bolted flange connection,ABAQUS was used to conduct numerical analysis of a flange structure.The changes of flange angle,axial displacement of seal groove and contact stress of metal O-ring with additional bending moment were studied to show that,the additional bending moment will increase the angle at flange’s tension side and make the angle at flange’s compression side become decreased,including the axial displacement of the seal groove at the tension side becomes increased.In addition,the axial displacement of the seal groove has a linear relationship with the angle of the upper flange within a certain range.The inner contact stress of metal O-ring will gradually decrease with the increase of bending moment and the change of bending moment less affects the outer contact stress.
