摘 要:油田注水开发生产中,有部分注水井在正常注水压力下达不到配注要求,称为欠注井。为了满足油田生产需要,采取局部增压的方法消除欠注井。首先根据欠注井的地理分布特点,运用聚类算法求出局部增压站位置和个数,再根据管线铺设距离最短为目标优化井站拓扑关系,最后确定增压站规模。将该方法应用于某采油厂普通注水系统,结果表明该方法可以有效提高含欠注井群注水系统效率,降低注水单耗。In oilfield water injection,some water injection wells fail to meet injection allocation requirements under normal water injection pressure,which is called under-injection wells.For purpose of meeting the needs of oilfield production,local pressurization was adopted to eliminate under-injected wells.Firstly,having the geographical distribution characteristics of under-injected wells considered,and both location and number of local booster stations calculated by employing clustering algorithm,then having the topological relationship of well stations optimized according to the shortest pipeline laying distance,and finally having the size of booster stations determined.Applying the common water injection system in an oil production plant shows that,this method can effectively improve efficiency of the under-injection-well group’s water injection system and reduce unit consumption of the water injection.
