摘　　要：随着糖尿病和癫痫的发病率逐年升高,二者的共病现象亦随之增加,且已有研究证实糖尿病与癫痫存在一定的相关性,但对于二者共病的认识仍不充分。文章就糖尿病共病癫痫的流行病学、发病机制以及治疗管理等方面的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为糖尿病共病癫痫的临床诊断及治疗提供理论依据和研究思路。With the increasing incidence of diabetes and epilepsy year by year,the comorbidity of the two is also increasing,and some studies have confirmed that there is a certain correlation between diabetes and epilepsy,but the understanding of the comorbidity of the two is still insufficient.This article reviews the latest research progress in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,and treatment between diabetes and epilepsy,in order to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes complicated with epilepsy.
