摘  要:悬索桥施工过程中的计算呈现出大位移非线性特征,成桥状态取决于各构件的初始无应力状态、荷载大小以及边界约束条件。当不考虑材料随时间变化与加载过程相互影响时,可以采用无应力状态控制法进行计算。然而,在非线性求解的过程中,由于增量步的选取不同,可能导致结果收敛于不同的平衡状态。因此,引入了结构受力后拓扑不变性条件,将无应力状态控制法推广到适用于非线性非常显著的悬索桥的先缆后梁吊装施工和先梁后缆张拉施工控制过程的计算中,并证明了成桥状态仅与主梁的无应力线形和缆索的无应力长度有关,与吊装和张拉的先后顺序无关。通过实际桥梁的施工控制过程验证了无应力状态控制法的可操作性、高效性和高精度。During the construction process,the calculation of suspension bridges exhibits large displacement non-linear characteristics,and the bridge state depends on the initial stress-free state of each component,load magni-tude and boundary constraint conditions.When the interaction between material variation and loading process over time is not considered,the stress-free state control method can be used for calculation.However,in the process of nonlinear solving,different choices of incremental steps may cause results converging to different equilibrium states.Therefore,the topological invariance condition after structural stress is introduced.The stress-free state control method is extended to the calculation of the cable after beam hoisting construction and cable after beam tensioning construction control process suitable for suspension bridges with significant nonlinearity.It is proved that the bridge state is only related to the stress-free line shape of the main beam and the stress-free length of the cable,and is in-dependent of the order of hoisting and tensioning.The operability,efficiency and high accuracy of the stress-free state control method have been verified by the actual construction control process of bridges.
