摘  要:车间物流作为家具智能制造转型升级的一部分,对生产物料数据互联共享、生产线平衡运行具有重要影响。通过对生产线上设置缓存区域、协同物流管理模式及家具企业车间物流现状的研究与分析,提出构建基于协同物流的定制家居线边仓的构建原则和思路,并从线边仓搬运系统设计、管理系统设计、功能设置与作业流程设计3个要点进行分析,解析线边仓构建关键技术,包括线边仓系统信息流转技术、物料存储结构设计技术、线边仓位置系统规划技术。研究为家居企业进行车间物流规划和线边仓设计提供参考。Workshop logistics,as an integral part of the transforming and upgrading of intelligent furniture manufacturing,significantly affects the interconnection and sharing of material data in the production process and ensures the smooth operation of the production line.By conducting research and analysis on establishment of a cache area on the production line,collaborative logistics management modes,and current workshop logistics practices in furniture enterprises,we proposed construction principles and ideas for developing a customized home furnishing lineside warehouse based on collaborative logistics.Furthermore,we analyzed three key planning aspects:the design of the lineside warehouse handling system,the design of the management system,and the design of function settings and operational processes.Additionally,we interpret crucial technologies involved in constructing a lineside warehouse including information flow technology within the lineside warehouse system,material storage structure design technology,as well as line warehouse location system planning technology.This study serves as a valuable reference for home furnishing enterprises to conduct workshop logistics planning and lineside warehouse design.
