摘 要:为研究影响污泥颗粒干燥效果的关键因素,通过外力挤压造粒的方式,对返混污泥颗粒和非返混污泥颗粒在不同温度、不同造粒尺寸下进行干燥实验。结果表明:挤压形状对污泥颗粒干燥影响较小,而造粒尺寸和干燥温度对污泥颗粒脱水效率影响显著,且温度为污泥颗粒干燥的关键因素。其次,从干燥时间、干燥速率和挤压能耗角度分析对比,在非返混污泥颗粒干燥实验中,干燥温度为80℃、造粒尺寸为6 mm的长方体状污泥颗粒干燥效果最佳;在返混污泥颗粒干燥实验中,干燥温度为80℃、造粒尺寸为6 mm的圆柱体状污泥颗粒干燥效果最佳。最后,在返混污泥颗粒堆叠干燥实验中,堆叠3层的污泥颗粒,其干燥速率比单层、两层的分别高45.6%和20%,与非返混单层污泥相比,干燥速率提高了23%。To investigate the key factors affecting the drying effect of sludge pellets,drying experiments were carried out at different temperatures and pelletizing sizes for re-blended and non-re-blended sludge pellets by means of external extrusion pelletizing.The results reveal that the extrusion shape has a minor influence on sludge particle drying,however the pelletizing size and drying temperature have a considerable effect on sludge particle dewatering efficiency,and temperature is the most important component in sludge particle drying.Second,in terms of drying time,drying rate and extrusion energy consumption,rectangular-shaped sludge pellets with the pelletizing size of 6 mm are dried best at 80℃in the non-re-blended sludge pellet drying experiment,while cylindrical sludge pellets with the pelletizing size of 6 mm are dried best at 80℃in the re-blended sludge pellet drying experiment.Finally,in the re-blended sludge pellet stack drying experiment,the drying rate of sludge pellets stacked in three layers is 45.6%and 20%higher than that of single layer and two layers,and the drying rate is increased by 23%compared with that of non-re-blended single layer sludge.
