新疆南疆职业院校“大思政课”建设铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践策略

摘　　要：新疆南疆职业院校推进“大思政课”建设既是南疆职业院校立德树人的内在要求,又是职业院校学生个人发展,院校高质量发展,地区稳定和经济发展以及铸牢中华民族共同体意识的本质要求;推进南疆职业院校“大思政课”建设的系统化运行需要在育人理念、内容、方式、机制上进行融会贯通;南疆职业院校的思想政治理论课要在创新思政课主渠道教学,与专业教育结合并领航课程思政,整合资源等方面发力,构建多方力量与思想政治理论课同向同行的“大思政课”建设协同创新机制,为职业院校改革转型助力,同时为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供有力保障。Promoting the construction of"Big ideological and political courses"in southern Xinjiang vocational colleges is not on-ly the internal requirement of moral education and cultivating people in southern Xinjiang vocational colleges,but also the essen-tial requirement of students'personal development,high-quality development of colleges and universities,regional stability and economic development,and forging a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.To promote the systematic operation of the construction of"Big ideological and political course"in vocational colleges in southern Xinjiang,it is necessary to integrate the concept,content,method and mechanism of education.The ideological and political theory course of vocational colleges in southern Xinjiang should make efforts in the main channel teaching of innovative ideological and political course,combine with professional education and lead the course of ideological and political theory,integrate resources,etc.,and build a collaborative innovation mechanism of"big ideological and political course"construction with multiple forces and ideological and political the-ory courses,so as to help the reform and transformation of vocational colleges,and provide a strong guarantee for casting a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.
