化坚二陈散眼部熏蒸治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察化坚二陈散眼部超声雾化熏蒸干预睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)导致干眼的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年3月福建医科大学附属第二医院眼科符合纳入标准的患者62例,采用抽签方式分为观察组32例和对照组30例。对照组给予妥布霉素滴眼液点眼、蒸馏水超声雾化熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩。观察组给予妥布霉素滴眼液点眼、化坚二陈散药液超声雾化熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩。观察指标包括两组眼表疾病指数(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)评分、泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠtest,SⅠT)、泪膜破裂时间(break up time,BUT)、睑板腺状况评分。结果:干预后,两组OSDI评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SⅠT较干预前均延长,且观察组长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组BUT较干预前均延长,且观察组长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组睑板腺状况评分较干预前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MGD患者通过中药化坚二陈散药液眼部熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩干预后,可进一步获得更高的临床疗效,稳定泪膜,减轻病情。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ocular ultrasonic atomization fumigation with Huajian Erchen Powder in the treatment of dry eyes caused by meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Method:From May 2021 to March 2022,62 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Ophthalmology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected,and divided into an observation group of 32 cases and a control group of 30 cases by drawing lots.The control group were treated with Tobramycin eye drops,distilled water ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with meibomian gland massage.The observation group was treated with Tobramycin eye drops,Chinese medicine Huajian Erchen Powder liquid ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with tarsal gland massage.Observation targets included the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,the SchirmerⅠtest(SⅠT),the break up time(BUT),and the tarsal gland status score in both groups.Result:After intervention,the OSDI scores of both groups were decreased compared those to before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups were longer in SⅠT compared those before intervention,and that in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups of BUT were prolonged compared those before intervention,and that in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the condition of the meibomian glands scores in both groups were decreased compared those before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu
