摘 要:文章介绍了采用有限元方法对某出口自发电长大家畜车进行静强度、刚度计算以及对车体底架、侧墙、车顶等主要承载结构进行优化的分析过程,并通过物理样机试验对车身结构强度进行了验证。结果表明,某出口自发电长大家畜车经过优化后,车体刚度、静强度均满足标准TB/T 3550.2—2019的要求。同时对车体受力较大的位置进行了样机试验与有限元分析结果对比,对比结果基本吻合,验证了有限元分析模型的可靠性,说明基于此有限元模型进行的结构优化方案和分析结果具有一定的准确性和可靠性。在方案设计阶段,通过有限元方法对车体进行强度分析,可在样车试制之前发现设计缺陷,并通过设计优化方案予以解决,极大地提高了样车强度试验通过率,缩短了研发周期。This article describes the process of calculating the static strength and the stiffness of the export self-generating heavy duty livestock car and optimizing its main load bearing structures such as underframe,side walls and roof of carbody with the finite element method and verifies the structural strength of the carbody by test on the physical prototype.The result shows that after optimization of the export self-generating heavy duty livestock car,both the stiffness and the static strength of its carbody comply with the requirements of the standard TB/T 3550.2—2019.Meanwhile,through comparison,the prototype test result and the FEA result of the parts bearing more stresses of the carbody basically coincide so as to verify the reliability of the FEA model and demonstrate that the structural optimization solution and result based on this FEA model have a certain degree of accuracy and reliability.The strength of the carbody is analyzed with the finite element method in the stage of schematic design,allowing to discover the design fault before the trial production of the prototype and solve the problem by optimizing the design solution,so as to greatly increase the success rate of the strength test on prototype and shorten the R&D period.
