摘  要:天然气发动机爆震问题严重影响发动机的稳定性和安全性。爆震控制是天然气发动机控制系统的核心模块,相比柴油机控制系统,可参考经验非常少。相关的仿真结果显示高精度爆震控制能有效提升整机热效率;而天然气自主控制系统开发中缺乏爆震控制模块的技术,且后期台架性能试验中不具备自主标定爆震控制的能力,寻求供应商标定服务技术支持费用昂贵。综合种种因素,天然气发动机爆震控制技术研究显得非常有必要。对比分析了不同爆震信号的检测方式,爆震信号的处理、判断以及爆震控制的逻辑,简要阐述了爆震标定的流程。The knock of natural gas engines seriously affects the stability and safety of the engine.Knock control is the core module of natural gas engine control systems,and compared to diesel engine control systems,there is very little reference experience.The rele-vant simulation results show that high-precision knock control can effectively improve the overall thermal efficiency of the engine.There is a lack of technology for knock control modules in the development of natural gas autonomous control systems,and in the later stage of bench performance tests,there is no ability to independently calibrate knock control.Additionally,the cost of providing customized service technical support is expensive.Considering various factors,it is necessary to study the knock control technology of natural gas engines.It compares and analyzes the detection methods of dfferent knock signals,the processing and judgment of knock signals,the logic of knock control,and briefly explains the process of knock calibration.
