摘  要:采用水热共沉淀法,考察强、弱两种碱性介质对制备Co/Fe-LDH的影响,以SEM,XRD,3D-EEM和GC等分析方法对所得催化剂的性质性能进行表征并通过活化过二硫酸钾(PS)降解苯胺考察其催化活性差异。结果表明:相比以氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的强碱性介质,以氨水和氯化铵的弱碱性介质环境下制备的Co/Fe-LDH催化剂具有更好的晶形结构和更高的催化活性,当Co∶Fe为3∶1,PS浓度为100 mg/L,苯胺浓度为10 mg/L,催化剂投加量为0.1 g/L,反应时间20 min时弱碱性介质制备的Co/Fe-LDH催化剂对苯胺去除率可达94.22%,其催化活性是强碱性介质制备催化剂的2.16倍。The effects of strong and weak alkaline media on the preparation of Co/Fe-LDH were investigated by using the hydrothermal coprecipitation method.The properties of the catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,3D-EEM and GC,and the catalytic activity of aniline was investigated by activating potassium perdisulphate(PS)and degrading aniline.The results show that the Co/Fe-LDH catalyst prepared in the weak alkaline medium of ammonia and ammonium chloride has better crystalline structure and higher catalytic activity than the strong alkaline medium of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate.When Co∶Fe ratio is 3∶1,PS concentration is 100 mg/L,aniline concentration is 10 mg/L,catalyst dosage is 0.1 g/L and reaction time is 20 min,the aniline removal rate of Co/Fe-LDH catalyst prepared by weak alkaline medium can reach 94.22%.Its catalytic activity is 2.16 times that of the catalyst prepared with strong alkaline medium.
